"Real Life"  Groups

Welcome to the "Real Life" Groups Ministry at RBCOC. Often people struggle with the feeling that they have not yet found a "significant place to belong."

Our leadership has committed itself to assuring that every member and friend of RBCOC is cared for. So, our aim is to involve every person if possible in a "Real Life" group. Our groups are designed to help members find connection and significance. Discovering authentic friendships and knowing that you matter, is important to RBCOC. As our church family grows, the more crucial it will become to connect people to one-another.

The "Real Life" groups here at RBCOC allows people to be the most effective in the following ways:

• It allows the maximum number of members to be active in a meaningful way.
  
• It allows our shepherds/elders to maintain a knowledge of members' well-being.
  
• It helps members connect (discover authentic friendships) with each other.
  
• It encourages members to become externally focused by being challenged to work together in small groups.
  
• It helps members connect with their friends in their own neighborhood.
