The New Testament uses the metaphor of a body to portray the church as a living organism with each part working in harmony with the other parts. To maintain a healthy body, our leadership team--which includes our ministers, elders, deacons, and a host of others--works to create an environment where every member is actively participating and growing. With Christ as the head of this body, each leader and each member has a unique function to perform.
